Directions

Teams travelling from Brighton, Worthing and the A23 Northwards
Join the A23 at Patcham - go past the pylons - keep in the left hand lane and take the next exit A273 signposted to Hassocks. Go up the hill and when you come down on the far side follow the road round to the left - across the railway bridge with the Jack and Jill pub on your left hand side. The entrance to the ground is about 300 metres past the pub on the right, just before the large entrance to the garden centre... there is a sign by the gate. If you reach the garden centre on your right you have gone too far.


Teams travelling from Kent, Surrey, M25 and using the M23/A23 southwards
Leave the M25 at the junction with the M23. Go south towards Brighton to the end of the M23 where it joins the A23. Go past the exit signposted Burgess Hill, Hickstead Village and Services. Take the next exit which will be signposted Hickstead Showground - follow the slip road round over the top of the A23. At the mini roundabout turn left into Sayers Common and carry on towards Albourne. At the traffic lights turn left, signposted Hurstpierpoint. Carry straight on through the village and out the other side. At the Stone Pound crossroads (traffic lights) - turn right. On the left will be a garden centre. SLOW DOWN just after the entrance to the garden centre is the entrance to the ground.


Teams travelling from East Sussex and Kent using the A272
Travel through Scaynes Hill on the A272 towards Haywards Heath. As you approach Haywards Heath there is a slight hill with the Birch Hotel on your right and a petrol station on the roundabout. Go straight across the roundabout with the Princess Royal Hospital on your left. Take the next turn on the left into Colwell Road. At the end of the road go straight across the crossroads into Rocky Lane. At the next mini roundabout take the right turn under the railway bridge by Wivelsfield Station. Carry on until the end of the road. At the mini roundabout turn left into London Road. Go across the next mini roundabout , a pedestrian crossing and the next two mini roundabouts. At the next roundabout take the first exit (straight on) towards Hassocks. You will pass the Hassocks Golf Club on your right. At the traffic lights (Stone Pound Crossroads) go straight on. On the left is a garden centre. SLOW DOWN just after the entrance to the garden centre is the entrance to the ground.
